Responsibilities:

- Respond to RFIs and other queries in the construction stages of the project

- Chair meetings and prepare minutes of meetings

- Technical coordination with engineers, quantity surveyor and other consultants

- Prepare, ammend and issue drawings during construction stages

- Prepare documents and drawings for authorities submission

- Issue interim certification, stage verifications and other construction documents

- Prepare documents and liaise with consultants for Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC)

Tuju, Jalan Kuching

Implementation/Pre-construction stage:

Tuju Residence, Jalan Kuching, Kuala Lumpur

High rise residential towers, podium carpark and commercial shop lots.

 

Responsibilities:

- Attended site meetings monitoring piling works progress and took minutes of site meetings.

- Took minutes of meeting for the bi-weekly Client-Consultant Meeting

- Assisted in preparation of tender drawings, model making, schedule of finishes, building plan amendments.

Tadika Cita-Cita, Sri Hartamas

Planning permission/pre-submission stage

3 storey community kindergarten 

Responsibilities:

- Prepare documents, as well as Development Order and Building Plan drawings for submission and approval with local authorities such as Kuala Lumpur City Council and Fire and Rescue Department Malaysia.

Planning permission/pre-submission stage:

4 storey sales gallery

Responsibilities:

- Prepare documents for submission and approval with local authorities such as Pulau Pinang City Council and Fire and Rescue Department Malaysia.

Jelutong Boutique Office, Pulau Pinang

Design stage: 

Boutique office, event space, hotel and high-rise service apartments

 

Responsibilities:

Assist Design Architect in schematic design stages.
